 All full time employees and their household members are entitled to services provided by the CIGNA Employee Assistance Program, which is provided by CIGNA Behavioral Health. Members are offered services designed to improve emotional well-being and productivity. Services include telephonic consultations with a trained counselor, referral to a licensed provider within your community at no charge for up to 3 visits per incident/illness, access to family and care giving resources such as baby sitting agencies, national adoption agencies, and home health agencies for seniors. Access to personal services such as financial planning information, legal resources, and CIGNA Healthy Rewards discounts are also provided. |
