Tax Sheltered Annuities (TSA)  | The Board has authorized payroll deductions to be made for tax sheltered annuities, 403(b) retirement accounts and 457(b) Plan Purchase. |
Plan administrative services for the 403b Plan are provided by TSA Consulting Group, Inc. (TSACG). Visit TSACG Web site (tscg.com) for information about enrollment in the Plan, investment product providers available, distributions, enrollment, exchange or transfers, 403(b) loans, and rollovers.
Full-time and Part-time employees are eligible to participate in the 403(b) and 457(b) Plans immediately upon employment and anytime thereafter. |  |
- Employees who wish to participate must first select a provider form the Tax Shelter Annuity (TSA) List.
- Employees must also complete a “Salary Reduction Agreement” (SRA) form which will authorize Broward College to withheld 403(b) or 457(b) contributions from their pay. Funds will be sent to the selected provider. Please click on the appropriate form link below.
