Total Reward Strategy Study

Total Rewards Strategy Study

Under the direction of President Armstrong, BC’s Department of Human Resources, in conjunction with consultants from the Segal Company, is conducting a Total Rewards Strategy (TRS) study for all professional technical staff (PTS) and administrative positions.  This study is a 21st century approach to examining all aspects of our current rewards system and will produce a comprehensive set of philosophies, policies, and procedures that will help shape BC’s current Total Rewards offerings.
