Total Reward Strategy Study | |  | | | Total Rewards Strategy Study | Under the direction of President Armstrong, BCC’s Department of Human Resources, in conjunction with consultants from the Segal Company, is conducting a Total Rewards Strategy (TRS) study for all professional technical staff (PTS) and administrative positions. This study is a 21st century approach to examining all aspects of our current rewards system and will produce a set of comprehensive set of philosophies, policies, and procedures that will help shape BCC’s current Total Rewards offerings.
