Under the direction of President Armstrong, BCC’s Department of Human Resources, in conjunction with consultants from the Segal Company, is conducting a Total Rewards Strategy (TRS) study for all professional technical staff (PTS) and administrative positions.  This study is a 21st century approach to examining all aspects of our current rewards system and will produce a set of comprehensive set of philosophies, policies, and procedures that will help shape BCC’s current Total Rewards offerings.

Please check this webpage for periodic updates, including frequently asked questions, a project timeline, and other milestones as we move forward.  A dedicated TRS address totalrewards@broward.edu is available for you to share and send questions or concerns to.    The consultants have also provided an email address broward@segalco.com for you to send your comments and concerns directly to them.  Please use your BCC email address when contacting the consultants.
