Welcome to the beginning of another successful year for Broward College's PTS Council. Please take a look at the listing below to find out who's a Council member this year on your campus. If you know them, or even if you don't, come up and say hello!!

The role of the PTS Council is to emphasize the integral part that professional technical staff play towards achieving the mission of the college. The Council addresses and examines any issues that impact professional technical staff, and when warranted, appropriate recommendations are voiced at President's Cabinet through the PTS Cabinet Representative.

Past accomplishments that PTS Council has helped to initiate:
- No supervisor signature required on the Internal application
- Increase to PTS Educational Incentive Awards
- PTS participation on search committees for high-level positions
- Compensation research presented to Administration
- Spring break week for all employees without loss of vacation/holiday time
