Blackboard login problems

If you are having trouble logging in to your online course, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. You have not paid:
You must have registered
and paid or the course will not be available online.

2. You are attempting to log in before the start of classes or after the class has ended:  e-Learning classes are not active before the first day of the term and usually end three days after the close of the class. Contact the instructor for further information on the start and end dates.

3. You don't know your BC e-mail username: To find your username....

First: Go to the Student E-mail homepage.
Second: Click on the "ID LOOKUP" link and follow the directions.
Third:Return to the Blackboard login page, and enter your information. Remember, your e-Learning login is your BC ID (without the @broward.edu part) in lowercase!

4. You are using an incorrect password:  Your default password is your BC PIN number (MMYYYY of birth) unless you've changed it. You can reset your password, but changes can take up to 20 minutes to be updated. This is the only way to change your password.
