Placement Testing, Advisement, and Registration

  • International students obtaining the student visa in their country cannot enter the U.S. more than 30 days before the first day of classes.
  • Once in the U.S., the students will be able to complete the on-campus advisement and registration process.
  • International students are required to report directly to the International Student Advisor/Counselor on the campus the student plans to attend for placement testing, advisement, and registration.
  • Placement test scores will determine if the student should enroll in developmental courses in Math, Reading or English.
