 Broward Community College's Continuing Education Department offers a diverse selection of comprehensive real estate courses. Curriculum is designed for the professional in career development, as well as individual enhancement for the lay person. Real estate subject areas include pre-licensing (FREC I) and post licensing courses that are required by the Division of Real Estate as well as introductory courses in real estate investment analysis, property management and real estate contract law.

 

Students pursuing a career in real estate mortgage lending will find BCC's Continuing Education offerings extremely comprehensive and highly informative. Successful completion of the 24-hour Mortgage Broker license preparatory course enables the graduate to take the Florida Mortgage Broker exam, while the Mortgage Loan Processing course provides an in-depth presentation of loan origination through funding. Both course selections provide a perfect educational foundation for the mortgage loan process administrators, as well as mortgage brokers.
