CULTURAL IMMERSION: The opportunity to study in the medieval city of Regensburg, located in the heart of Bavaria in the center of Europe, will afford the student the unique chance to experience Europe’s history and culture firsthand on a daily basis. Total immersion in the German language will improve the student’s speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, as well as his/her under-standing of the culture, in a way that is not possible to create in a classroom environment. COST: Between $3400 and 3900. Studying abroad early in one’s career has always been the key to tolerance in later life. With this in mind, we have tried to keep this summer program in Germany affordable. The following price includes airfare, bed and breakfast in guesthouses, ground transportation, field trips to cities nearby, entrance fees to all museums, galleries, etc. and two weekend field trips to Berlin and the Alps: The price is based on double occupancy and does not include tuition for both classes.
