Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO's) include all repair and installation services college-wide. Maintenance refers to scheduled service to machinery and facilities. Repair refers to all parts and services required for emergency equipment failure. All MRO requests are handled by Procurement Services. Examples of MRO's include service to/for:

• Heating and ventilation
• Lighting/light fixtures
• Electrical equipment
• Hardware
• Paint supplies
• Plumbing equipment
• Safety equipment
• Upgrading/renovating existing facilities

All requests for telephones must go through the Facilities Management Communications Office Ex. #6888.
