5. PEM1141: Aerobic Movement - 2 credits - Aerobic movement has recently been brought back to BCC's Central Campus. Its academic portion consists of all the topics covered in HLP1081, but the activity portion will focus on aerobic conditioning. This is a fun, upbeat way to make sure you burn some calories! 6. PEM1116: Slimnastics - 2 credits - Slimnastics has not been offered at BCC for several years. It will be returning next semester.
