 Offers of Employment
Offers of employment may only be made to candidates after the hiring Personnel Recommendation Form (PER-1) has been signed by the President or his designee. In addition, we recommend not offering employment prior to the completion of the background investigation. If an offer is made prior to the completion of the background investigation, it must be made contingent upon a successful background check.
 Salary Increases
Annual increases are not granted automatically. The Board of Trustees must authorize an annual increase. Any annual increases granted are implemented with the effective date authorized by the Board of Trustees.
