The College provides Long Term Disability income protection to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee. The disability coverage will pay the lesser of 60% of the employee’s monthly salary rounded to the nearest dollar or the maximum of $10,000 per month. The benefit will commence after the 90th day of an accident, injury or illness.
