This section consists of projections and trends for Broward County and our college.

The course section shows trends in course taking. You will find data on the number of students taking remedial (prep) courses based on their CPT, SAT, or ACT scores. This data is taken from the BCC student database for state reporting. In addition to this, you will find data on the performance of prep students based on the number of prep classes taken. This data is provided by Florida Department of Education. Further, there is data showing the top 20 program objectives chosen by BCC students from Fall 2001 to Fall 2006 (fall terms only).

The enrollment section provides data showing trends, is provided for the past five fall terms. Student enrollment (headcount) by gender can also be found in this section.

The graduation section shows actual graduation (%) by award type for 2001/02 to 2005/06.

The occupation section has valuable data on the growth of industry in South Florida. This data forecasts growth by industry for 2007 to 2012. The information shown is limited to the top 10 areas of growth.

The population section deals solely with projected growth. Here you will find projections for number of Broward County high school graduates for 2006/07 to 2010/11. Additionally, data is provided on the projected growth of the county from 2006 to 2016. This data was provided by Florida Department of Education and Broward County, respectively.  You will also find data on population growth by Age and Race/Ethnicity.
