Login Troubleshooting

Please view this short instructional video on logging in to your online course and completing the mandatory orientation.

1. You do not know your BC email address or are using the wrong email address.
Your D2L login email address is the same as your BC email address (not your student number, which is what you use to log into myBC). If you don't know your BC email address, you can find it by logging into myBC and identifying it under the My Details box.

2. You cannot remember your password.
Your default email password is your 6-digit birth month and year (MMYYYY). If your password does not work or you forgot it, you can reset the password yourself or call the help desk at 954-201-7521. It may take up to two hours for a password reset to take effect.

3. You are attempting to log in before the start of the term or after the class has ended.
BC Online classes are not active before the first day of the term and usually end seven days after the close of the class. Contact the instructor for further information on the start and end dates.

4. You have not paid.
You must have registered and paid or the course will not be available.
