Founded in 1993, the mission of the Broward Community College Alumni & Friends Association is to increase the impact of the college in the community by fostering goodwill, enhancing communication, providing financial support to the college, its students and faculty, and promoting fellowship among the alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of BCC.

Did you know ...?

• The BCC Foundation awards more than $1 million in scholarship support to BCC students annually.
• More than 80% of the healthcare professionals working in Broward County are educated at BCC; 450 RNs graduate each semester.
• BCC educates 100 percent of the law enforcement officers in Broward County at the Institute of Public Safety located at the A.Hugh Adams Central Campus in Davie.
• BCC students, after transferring, match or out-perform all students in the state who began their studies at a four-year college or university. In fact, 75 percent of BCC A.A. degree graduates go on to pursue their bachelor's degrees.
