College-Level Academic Skills Requirements Eliminated
Effective July 1, 2011, College-Level Academic Skills (CLAS/CLAST) requirements have been eliminated from section 1007.25, Florida Statute. Per college policy, students who have completed all graduation requirements other than the CLAS or CLAST and are not currently enrolled may request to be graduated as long as they have not earned an Associate in Arts degree (A.A.) at any other college or university in Florida or any other state within the U.S. You must complete the CLAS affidavit by clicking on the link below and bring the completed form to your academic advisor. Students who have earned an A.A. degree should not complete this form as Federal Financial Aid implications apply.
