Dental & Vision Care

Have you been skipping routine dental and vision care checkups due to a lack of money or health insurance? Don’t put it off any longer. Broward College’s learning clinics are open to the public, by appointment. Students work with clinic doctors to provide safe, quality care—at a cost that won’t break the bank. And our faculty and professional staff take the time to address your questions or concerns.

Make an appointment at the Dental Clinic, which offers full-service dental hygiene care and limited service for other dental procedures. Services include:
  • Extractions
  • Dental examinations
  • Dentures and partials
  • Teeth cleaning and x-rays
  • Selective orthodontics, periodontal surgery and dental implants
  • Full dental hygiene services, including non-surgical periodontal treatment
Fees vary and are less than private dental practices. All clinical procedures are performed by licensed dentists in the community and our students. 		Get a full range of eye care when you visit Broward College’s vision clinic, including:
  • Complete visual assessment
  • Frame and lens fitting
  • Contact lenses
A complete eye exam costs just $15 and contact lens exam and fitting just $30.

Clinic hours vary, so please call 954-201-6779 for more information and to schedule an appointment. Appointments are expected to last approximately two to three hours, and sometimes multiple appointments are necessary.

Hours: The clinic is open to students, faculty and the public on Mondays and Wednesdays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., by appointment only. For more information call 954-201-2400 on Mondays and Wednesdays between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., or 954-201 2080.
