The Clinic consists of twelve fully equipped operatories, four intra-oral radiographic rooms, one panoramic/cephlometric X-ray unit, digital X-ray machine, and Intra Oral Camera.

Membership:

Any Florida licensed dentist is eligible to apply for membership in the Broward Dental Research Clinic. It is required that each applicant carry professional liability insurance ($250,000/500,000). Membership is contingent upon approval by the Board of Directors and receipt of annual dues and proof of insurance. All new members are requested to complete an application form in addition to the annual Preference Sheet. Application for membership may be submitted at any time throughout the year.

Format of Courses

Specific dates and times are provided for the didactic and clinical sessions for each study group. Most study groups meet for one full day per month unless otherwise noted. Enrollment in a study group requires participation in both the didactic and clinical segments of the course. This year the enrollment selection has slightly changed. You now have the option to select from 6 different lectures in the various courses. Enrollment in the Hands-On Endodontics, Restorative Dentistry and Practical Periodontics sections requires a 2 consecutive clinical commitment.
