As outlined in Policy No. 6Hx2-6.15 of Broward Community College's Procedure Manual, the use of college buildings, facilities and services by outside agencies is permitted under strict guidelines.

Instructions for Facility/Equipment Request (Pro-1, Rev. 7/01):
For
your convenience, the Facility/Equipment Request is available on-line as
a word document.
You must first make a reservation prior to completing this form. After filling
in the form, print it, sign it and return the original plus four copies to the appropriate campus (addresses are listed on the top of the form).
Be sure to attach any set up diagrams.
NO RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED UNTIL THE FER HAS BEEN APPROVED (BY SIGNATURE FROM THE APPROPRIATE ADMINISTRATORS) AND THE ORIGINAL COPY RETURNED TO YOU.
