Broward College Students to De-Stress with Volunteer Dogs During Finals Week

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (April 16, 2014) –Broward College and the Florida Humane Society will team up on Monday, April 21, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the A. Hugh Adams Central Campus, 3501 S.W. Davie Road, Davie, Lawn Area, Building 17, to host “Pet De-stress.” The event will feature several volunteer dogs that will provide fun and serve as a distraction to stressed students, staff and faculty during final exam week. The dogs will be available for adoption the day of the event, and donations will be accepted by the Florida Humane Society. This event is free and open to the public.
