Broward College Professors Available to Discuss Russia-Ukraine

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (July 21, 2014) – Following President Obama’s statement urging Russia to resolve its hostilities with the Ukraine, Broward College has the following experts available to discuss how this continuing conflict is a world concern.

Barry Mowell, Ph.D., is a professor of political science and international relations, and is available to discuss the history of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, as well as how this event effects the United States’ relationship with Russia. He can be reached at bmowell@broward.edu or 954-201-6933.

Edgar Bravo, Ph.D., is a professor of international relations and is also available to discuss how the aftermath of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17’s crash is causing tension between the U.S. and Russia. He can be reached at ebravo@broward.edu.
