The learning council is a new governance model for implementing best practices as a learning centered institution. The core team is made up of the president and his executive leadership team.  They have started conducting monthly Learning Council meetings that rotate at each campus and are intended to focus on student success and academic excellence.  This meeting is also open to the college faculty and staff at large where they can actively participate in student learning centered discussions and decision-making process.
