As our world becomes more and more diverse, teachers must meet the challenge to develop critical thinkers and achieve a democratic classroom. We need to make an effort to understand each individual's responsibilities and by understanding, we become successful educators. As an educator I must endure that each individual who sets out on a journey will succeed in realizing their destination.
