Astronomy Of The Solar System

Description :
Primarily descriptive and conceptual study of the
solar system and astronomical methods of general
interest. Evening observing sessions in addition
to the scheduled course hours. Upon successful
completion of this course, the students should be
able to recognize and describe the component parts
of the solar system, discuss its origin and
evolution, and recount the development of
scientific theories leading to present day
concepts.
