A course primarily designed and organized for students of all ages to optimize their wellness in each of the following six interrelated dimensions: physical wellness; intellectual wellness; emotional wellness; spiritual wellness; interpersonal/social wellness; enviromental/ planetary wellness. Students will learn how to assess and apply this information to their lives in order to contribute to the welfare of the community and environment with a specific emphasis on resistance training methods and techniques.
