I. |
Welcome and Introductions
The meeting was called to order at 2:15 pm by Judy Davidoff. Present were Shirley Boudousquie, Jackie Loftus, Jim Lansing, Beverly Walker, and Judy Davidoff. |
II. |
Minutes
The minutes were approved as read. |
III. |
Treasurer's Report
There is $7,830.22 in SPD and $4,951.34 in the general fund.

IV. |
Membership |
A. |
Membership Conference: Judy went to the Membership conference. The database was cleaned up and we took a hit because some who were listed as members are no longer employed here. We are showing a loss after the revision even with the addition of new members. FACC is looking into a new system to track members. |
B. |
Membership Drive: Janice was not present to give a report. Shirley showed a letter to South Campus from the provost and her explaining FACC. We will extend the drive to October. Judy will check into having the President, cabinet, and provosts serve lunch to the winning campus and provost. We will have a new drive beginning around the time of the flower sale. |
V. |
Elections
Jackie will be in charge of the nominations and will call the nominees to confirm their acceptance to run. Nomination forms will be sent out Wednesday or Thursday this week and are to be returned by October 3.

VI. |
By-Laws
The by-laws changes to be voted on will be ponied with the nomination forms.

VII. |
Convention
Judy passed out registration forms for the convention, November 16-18 in Tampa . We have approximately $3,000 earmarked for convention registrations in order to have enough funds for other conferences. Anyone that will be attending should send their paperwork to Judy.

VIII. |
General Meeting
The General meeting will be held on Monday, October 24 on Central Campus in Bldg. 17/146. The Board will meet from 12:00 – 1:00pm to set up for the General meeting, which will be held from 1:00-4:00pm. Refreshments such as subs and chips will be served.

IX. |
Other |
A. |
Unsung Hero: Any suggestions for the Unsung Hero Award should be given to Judy. |
B. |
FACC Dues: FACC found that one year of free dues did not add many new members as most did not renew at the end of the free year. |
X. |

The meeting was adjourned at 3:30 pm.
