Refund Dates:
After tuition, fees, and bookstore charges have been deducted, students may receive a refund from their remaining financial aid. Refunds can only be processed for students whose attendance has been verified by their instructor.
In order to receive any refunds, you must select a payment option. Remember that electronic options get your refund to you faster.
Information on refund options
Student refunds are processed based on your enrolled session. Please refer to the chart below to determine when refunds are processed for your session. Please be aware that students in multiple sessions (i.e. Session 1 & Session 4) will only receive a partial refund on the dates indicated below. Students receiving loan funds for session 1 will receive their funds in 2 amounts as indicated below. Other funds will be refunded on the first estimated refund date. For students who are awarded after the initial refund dates, refunds will be processed on a weekly basis.
