2017 Refund Dates:
After tuition, fees, and bookstore charges have been deducted, students may receive a refund from their remaining financial aid. Refunds can only be processed for students whose attendance has been verified by their instructor.
Refunds are processed based on the sessions in which you are enrolled. Please refer to the chart below to determine when refunds are processed for your session. Please be aware that students in multiple sessions e.g. Session 1 & 3, will only receive a partial refund on the dates indicated below. Funds will be refunded on the first estimated refund date. For students who are awarded after the initial refund dates, refunds will be processed on a weekly basis.
Please note that checks are good for only 180 days. If they are not cashed during that time they will become void and may have to be reissued. (Checks cannot be reissued once the relevant academic year has ended.) Even if you plan to save your refund check to pay for a future term you should still cash your check and hold the funds in your personal bank account. Do not risk losing your check or having it expire/become void-
cash or deposit your check as soon as it is received!
