Message from the Executive Director

Thank you for visiting the Broward College Foundation’s Faculty, Administrator and Staff (FAS) campaign web page. We look forward to the rest of the year with excitement and anticipation as we work together to build upon our successes and support the mission of Broward College.

Our success, past, present and future, depends so much on the overwhelming support from our internal leadership, Broward College employees and this community which includes individuals, our retirees, alumni, organizations, corporations and foundations. Your work and the support you give to the foundation translate into direct support of programs and much needed scholarships for our students.

Now, more than ever, we need your help and continued support as scholarships become a more increasingly important source of tuition assistance for our students to further their education at Broward College.

FAS Campaign 2008 Goal

Our goal is to increase participation and raise $75,000 college-wide by December 31, 2008!
Funds raised will ensure that we can continue to create new opportunities for our students. There are two primary funds we are trying to grow:

• The College Fund - provides general unrestricted support where the need is greatest for the college
• General Scholarship Fund - provides funds to assist our neediest students as determined by our Student Financial Services Department
• Or, you can select a fund from a list of active named funds, such as the Professor Debbie Nycz Memorial Scholarship Fund.
