Teaching Philosophy/Goal:I make an effort to know each student by name and I try to create a classroom atmosphere of respectful discourse. I believe that successful students must learn to enter into dialogue with people and love to ask good questions. Hence, I use one of the oldest and most effective pedagogical methods, Socratic questioning.
