Travel is very important to learn about new cultures. Everything connected with enjoying food.
Teaching Philosophy: I've never taught the same course twice. Every class has its own chemistry and in a speech class there is an ever changing array of topics. I have learned so much from the experiences and ideas of my students. It would be impossible to become bored with teaching in my discipline.
