*Note: Designated flight courses require minimum deposit of $1000 to set-up flight training accounts with the College.  Flight accounts may not go below $650 without approval.  Course training minimum applies although costs vary due to proficiency.  Students are eligible for refund of unused account funds.  All applicants are subject to TSA Citizenship/Immigration & background verification requirement.  Additional fee may apply.  Training deposits are made to the South Campus Cashier using the deposit slip provided at the window.  Take the receipt to bldg. 99 room 153. All students must obtain a BCC ID ($15) through Student Life, bldg. 68, and Parking Decal from Safety in building 71.


Accelerated Private Pilot 141 Ground School

Obtain the necessary aeronautical knowledge and meet the prerequisites specified in FAR Parts 61 and 141 for the FAA Private Pilot Airplane Knowledge Exam.

 

Accelerated Instrument Pilot 141 Ground School

Obtain the necessary aeronautical knowledge and meet the prerequisites specified in FAR Parts 61 and 141 for the FAA Instrument Rating Airplane Knowledge Exam.

 

Accelerated Commercial Pilot 141 Ground School

Obtain the necessary aeronautical knowledge and meet the prerequisites specified in FAR Parts 61 and 141 for the FAA Commercial Pilot-Airplane Knowledge Exam.

 

VFR Flight (Visual Flight Rules) Proficiency Training/Biennial Flight Review / BFR (ASEL)*

Obtain proficiency in flying a Single-Engine Airplane in VFR conditions.  Student must be at least a private pilot.  Training may be applied towards a Biennial Flight Review (BFR) and/or may satisfy the requirements towards the Aviation Safety "WINGS" Program. 

 

VFR/IFR (Visual Flight Rules/Instrument Flight Rules) Flight Instrument Proficiency Check / IPC (Instrument Proficiency Check) (ASEL)*
