JoAnn Anthony leads the team that provides Customer Service through our Help Desk Center, manages our Batch Production Schedule, Imaging processes and monitoring System performance.
JoAnn's able team includes
The Production Support team handles all requests for assistance received by phone or e-mail. As required, a tracking ticket is created and the appropriate team is assigned to resolve the issue. The Help Desk System is also maintained by the team to insure proper service levels are supported.
Our nightly scheduled batch processing is managed by team including adding and removing jobs from the schedule as well as modifying the run-time parameters. The team also provides College wide e-mails informing staff of scheduled maintenance that will reduce system availability as well as other college wide notices.
The Production Support Team also manages our Imaging System where various scanned documents are stored for retrieval when needed.
