As part of the Title V grant that was awarded to BCC, faculty and staff are using Success Coaches to assist students to be successful at BCC.  Due for Fall 2006 implementation, the Success Coaching Web Data Capture system allows faculty and staff who are success coaches to input coaching information and attendance for each student in their class.  The data input using the system will be analyzed for trends that show which coaching methods are successful and which are not.

At a recent Success Coaches workshop on August 1, 2006 held at Central Campus, Deoraj Bharath of the Holcombe Institute demonstrated the capture screens to the success coaches in attendance and explained how the data would be analyzed.  A follow up demonstration will be held on August 24, 2006.
