Working in conjunction with Learning Resources at Central Campus and with the Associate Deans of Students at North, South and Central campuses, Information Technology has developed a web based system that will log tutoring sessions attended by students at the Learning Resources Centers of all campuses.  In addition, Smart Thinking tutoring information on students will be available due to a joint venture with Smart Thinking where a web service was developed to provide BCC with the means to display tutoring for a student that was conducted by Smart Thinking.

The system also incorporates a means to track workshops attended by students and any orientation classes that a student participated in. The Tutor Tracking system is scheduled for implementation at the beginning of the Fall 2006 semester.
