New Web Feature for recording Work Location information A new feature has been added to the College Employee Web site which allows you to enter your work location and phone number.
This information is being used by the Find People and Places (or Employee search) Web screens to display your work phone number and when you will be at that number.
It is important to keep this information updated in a timely manner as it may be needed in an emergency event. | | | To access the Employee Work Location Web page - After Logging into the employee intranet, click on the “Change Contact Info” link
- Click on the “Work Location Information” link.
- You should be on your Personal information page.
- Please verify or enter your current work phone number, Campus, Building, and Room information.
- Please verify or enter the time you normally start and end your work day and the days of the week at that location.
- If you have more than one work location:
Please check the Main Location box for your main work assignment
