This institution is the fifth overseas partner of Broward College in Asia. VATC was founded in 2000 to offer English language studies and vocational-technical training to students in Ho Chi Minh City.
Beginning in October of 2007, VATC began offering English for Academic Purposes to prepare students to enroll in Broward College-style AS degrees in Business, Hospitality Management and Computer Science. Broward College received approval of this site as an international center by the
Southern Association of Colleges and Schools in September 2011.
