Janice Stubbs is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of dedicated service in higher education. Currently serving as the Vice President of Student Services at Broward College, she has been an integral part of the institution since 1991, contributing her expertise and leadership across various roles within Student Services.
Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Stubbs has held several key positions at Broward College, including Lead Dean, Dean of Student Services at the South Campus, Director of the Title V Solo Grant, Lead Administrator of Student Services at Pines and Weston Centers, Associate Registrar, and Associate Dean of Enrollment Services at the South Campus. Her extensive experience also includes a significant role as Manager of Registration and Veterans Affairs at Miami-Dade College, North Campus.
Ms. Stubbs is recognized for her transformative leadership, driving organizational change that has substantially enhanced the student experience. Her commitment to establishing a student-centered approach to student services has played a pivotal role in Broward College's mission of fostering student success.
Janice Stubbs holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Florida International University and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Barry University. Her educational journey reflects her profound belief in the power of education to transform lives. Ms. Stubbs is dedicated to providing student services that not only support academic endeavors but also contribute to the holistic success of each student under her care.
