Early Admissions

Broward College and the School Board of Broward County jointly sponsor an Early Admissions program. If you are a senior, you can choose the Early Admissions option. You can enroll full-time in college and receive high school and college credit for the courses you take. You must complete two consecutive terms carrying 12 college-level credit hours each term, and maintain an unweighted grade point average of 2.0 in order to receive your high school diploma.

Textbooks are available on a "loan" basis from the college bookstore, and matriculation fees are waived for a maximum of 24 credit hours.

Early Admission students work with a designated advisor to discuss course selection, college placement testing, and high school graduation requirements.
