On
Wednesday, March 19th, Student Government Association hosted Downtown
Center’s South Florida Successful Women at Work tea and speaker
event. The event took place outside building 33 and speakers included
Vice-President Edith Pearson, two-time Olympic medalist diver Mary Ellen
Clark, Honorable Judge Ginger Lerner-Wren and NBC6 Anchorwoman Jackie
Nespral. The event was well attended by student, faculty and staff.
Guests were served various biscuits and treats along with tea and the program was emceed by the Student Government President, Christine Lilja. |
