Mission

The MLC mission is to reach out to all students and enrich their cross-cultural knowledge as they develop communication skills in a language of their choice.

Goals

• Provide nurturing and challenging environments conducive to second language conversation through small groups monitored by a trained coach.
• Provide extracurricular activities that promote peer-to-peer intercultural exchange.
• Provide support to students seeking to adjust to the culture of Broward Community College and of the United. States.
