Broward College Signs Orlando Tennis Player Addison Barnette

Addison Barnette, who played No. 5 singles and No. 2 doubles on Orlando Freedom High’s Central Florida powerhouse tennis team last season, will compete for Broward College’s women’s tennis team next year. Barnette signed with Broward at National Signing Day ceremonies at her school.

AddisonBarnette.jpgA righty who started playing tennis at age 5 and never wanted to take up any other sport, Barnette plans to study secondary education at Broward. She should make an immediate impact for the Seahawks, who finished in fifth place at NJCAA nationals in 2012.​
