Industry employers require applicants who have a variety of skills that include: keyboarding/typing; computer literacy (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, database applications, desktop publishing); communication; computation; human relations; problem solving; and organization/management. Broward College’s Office Administration programs are regionally accredited through SACS and are designed to prepare you for immediate employment after graduation. For individuals already with a postsecondary degree, our programs can help enhance or update your job skills through individual classes, or by attaining one of the Office Administration Technical Certificates to support your career advancement.
