Personnel
Operations Missions
The
mission of the Personnel Operations Department is to:
· Assist campuses and departments in the recruitment
process by identifying and forwarding top-notch candidates
for open positions; · Support staffing needs of the
College by pursuing aggressive advertising;
· Provide assistance in the process of hiring and termination
documentation;
· Coordinate a comprehensive benefits package for all
full-time employees, COBRA participants, and retirees;
· Establish and maintain an appropriate comprehensive
wage and salary structure, ensuring competitive salaries
with comparable agencies/institutions;
· Complete all requests for employment verifications;
and
· Disseminate and maintain annually, all performance
evaluations for full-time staff.

Broward Community College
is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association
of Colleges and Schools to award Associate Degrees. The College is
also authorized by the Florida Department of Education.
Broward Community College, as an institution of higher learning, is
