Project Leader Responsibilities

  1. Finalize a port implementation date.
  2. Identify dates and times when area will be tested
  3. Identify who will test what and when.
  4. Identify implementation testers for the Sunday that the port is implemented.
  5. Send testers Groupwise meeting schedule for test dates.
  6. Read Release Notes for area.
  7. Update Test Scenarios.
  8. Coordinate testing with IT contact.
  9. Review current processes for changes & identify new processes. (E.g. Month End, Term Start)
  10. Review Security and Identify new modules requiring security.
  11. Remind testers of testing times and venue the day before scheduled testing.
  12. Assist testers with testing scenarios.
  13. Ensure all changes delivered in the port are tested.
  14. Ensure all reports are tested and reviewed and reports not required are noted.
  15. Update facilitate.broward.edu with testing status each day area is tested.
  16. Enter PLOGs for area if baseline errors are found.
  17. Encourage testers to fill out the Port Survey
  18. Update Test Scenarios with changes identified during Port testing.
