Applications are reviewed by the Admissions Office and points are awarded in each of the categories listed below. There are 36 seats available at the Broward site and 16 seats available at the Edison site. Applicants with the highest number of points will be accepted into the program that begins each May.

To qualify for enrollment in BC's Physical Therapist Assistant program you must:
- Possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Review the admissions procedures for the College and the Health Science policies and procedures as detailed in the current issue of the College catalog.
- Have at least a 2.5 grade point average.
- Students are ranked for acceptance into the program by their earned GPA as well as by the number of general education courses that have been completed.
- Submit a completed Physical Therapist Assistant Program application.
