Florida Bright Futures Programs

  • All Florida Bright Futures Scholarship applicants must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please visit FAFSA to complete the FAFSA.

     

Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program rewards Florida High School graduates who demonstrate high academic achievement and enroll in eligible Florida post secondary institutions. This scholarship program has three award levels: the Florida Academic Scholars Award, the Florida Medallion Scholars Award, and the Florida Gold Seal Vocational Scholars Award. Each award level has different academic criteria for eligibility and different award amounts.

NEW Bright Futures award amount per credit will be as follows:

 

Bright Futures Program Lower Division Upper Division
Florida Academic Scholars $62 $70
Florida Medallion for CC* $62
 
Florida Medallion for CC* Bachelors   $52
Gold Seal Vocational $47 $52
