The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Florida Department of Health recommend that all students get vaccinated for the seasonal flu. The CDC stresses early seasonal flu vaccination whenever possible, as this may also assist in reducing the severity of the H1N1 spread. The vaccine is currently available for students at sites throughout the state.
