PADI Deep Diver course- This certification course teaches the techniques of SCUBA diving in the deeper range of 60-130 feet. It is offered to certified divers who want to experience what is beyond 60 ft. depths of the ocean. Students will gain experience in planning and organizing deep dives and understand the effects of gas narcosis under close supervision. Students will learn the symptoms and signs of decompression sickness and also learn the techniques for avoiding it. Participants will learn deep diving techniques including: buddy contact, descents and ascents and safety stops. Participants will earn the PADI Deep Diver Specialty Certification upon successfully completing all academic requirements and four deep dives.
