The English Lab is available to all students seeking answers about English grammar and writing.
Students enrolled in college-prep and ESL classes are required to attend lab as a part of their class. College Prep and ESL students receive free:
- One-on-one help as they complete the activities required for their lab
- Tailored English and ESL instructor led activities in the lab to fully support the requirements in their class
The lab also contains many valuable Resources in addition to tutors. There are dozens of:
- Books covering topics ranging from simple sentences to research papers, and packets, which contain information on frequently referenced material
- Useful computer programs and access to web sites pertaining to English
- Workshops for ENC 0021 students preparing for the state exit exam.
Any BC student with a question about English is welcome to make use of the English Lab's resources.
